* Professionalism and Reliability: We commit to being punctual, prepared, and reliable. We maintain professional boundaries, communicate clearly, and adhere to all agreed-upon care plans and schedules.
Zero-Tolerance Policy for Financial and Personal Misconduct
The foundation of trust in caregiving rests on impeccable financial and personal integrity. Lillie's Caregiving Services maintains a zero-tolerance policy against any form of theft, fraud, or abuse.
1. Financial Integrity and Theft
| Standard | Zero-Tolerance Policy (Immediate Dismissal/Termination)
| Handling Client Property | Theft of any kind, including money, jewelry, personal items, or medications, will result in immediate termination and referral to law enforcement.
| Financial Transactions | Caregivers are strictly prohibited from borrowing money from clients, acting as a client’s Power of Attorney (POA) or executor, or being added to a client’s bank accounts or credit cards.
| Gifts and Personal Gain | Caregivers may not solicit or accept gifts, loans, or be named in a client's will. All financial dealings must be transparent and directly related to payment for services rendered.
2. Abuse and Exploitation

| Exploitation | Caregivers must not use their position to manipulate or exploit a client for personal gain or influence.

* Background Checks: All caregivers undergo comprehensive criminal background checks prior to employment and are subject to continuous screening.
* Reporting: Clients, family members, or staff are strongly encouraged to report any perceived violations of this Code of Conduct immediately to Lillie at (720) 984-1267
* Consequences: Any violation of this Code of Conduct will result in immediate, thorough investigation. Proven violations of the Zero-Tolerance Policy will result in immediate termination of the caregiver and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement and/or professional licensing bodies.
